Board of Directors

Executive Committee
	The Executive Committee is responsible for developing the strategic plan; assessing and directing the projects of committees; recruiting new board and committee members; creating annual organization budget in collaboration with committees; and developing long-term financial plan in order to achieve the goals of each strategic initiative within the organization. Programming Committee
	The Programming Committee oversees class curriculum; mentoring; annual business plan review and competition; collaboration with other organizations to administer the program; and non-English language programs.	View Members

Marketing Committee
	The Marketing Committee is responsible for spreading the word about the ASSETS program by creating participant recruitment plans; developing advertising campaigns including press releases, posters/flyers, ads, brochures, direct mail; overseeing website development and updates; creating board presentations to other partnering organizations; maintaining potential participant database. Alumni Committee
	The Alumni Committee establishes the longevity and ongoing community engagement with ASSETS by planning and executing graduation ceremonies; overseeing the alumni directory and events; maintaining relationships with alumni members; sharing news about alumni members; tracking alumni success stories; and gathering program feedback. Development Committee
	The Development Committee is responsible for fundraising activities such as events, partner presentations, sponsorships, grants, and campaigns to gain individual contributions.	View Members
